The Total Stack consists of Formula 56, Amino Beyond, and Catalyst.  Individually, each of these products has its own benefits, but if you’re looking to take each and every workout to the next level, building muscle while burning fat and recovering faster than ever before, The Total Stack is for you.

Catalyst is our pre-workout supplement which contains a unique array of different ingredients, each with its own specific function, but the overall aim is to make you get the most out of each and every workout.  The harder you work out, the stronger you’ll get.

You see, the reason pre-workout supplements in general are extremely popular is because most people’s issue is that they just don’t go hard in the gym.  The body is a wonderfully adaptive organism and although it’s normal to see pretty rapid strength gains in the first 6 months to a year, once you’ve been working out for a while, your body gets used to it and stops making gains so quickly.

If you want to keep building muscle and burning fat, you need to make sure you’re pushing yourself every single workout.  More reps, more weight, new exercises, random supersets, negatives, whatever you have to do, do it!

Most pre-workout supplements contain stimulants designed to get you going and keep you going, but very few of them offer anything in the way of non-stimulant focus and cognitive enhancement.  Sure, stimulants are great, but not if you’re so wired you can’t think clearly.  Or if you’re so anxious that your heart is beating out of your chest and you can’t breathe.

So when we formulated the energy/focus blend of Catalyst, we made sure to use a powerful but safe combination of stimulant and non-stimulant ingredients, the cumulative effect of which is a smooth but noticeable boost of energy and focus.  Nothing ridiculous.  Just what you need to power through your workout each and every time.

Strength/Power Output

This is where most other pre-workouts completely fall apart.  It’s one thing to cram a bunch of stimulants in the formula that make you feel stronger because your so energized.  It’s an entirely different thing to use clinical doses of non-stimulant ingredients that are scientifically proven to increase your physical strength, muscular endurance, and power output.  The combination of Betaine (2.5g), Beta-Alanine (3.2g), and Alpha GPC (600mg), does just that.

Needless to say, Amino Beyond is much more than a “BCAA Supplement”, but let’s talk about each of these benefits in a bit of detail to ultimately understand why they matter…


Here’s the funny thing.  Just as Amino Beyond is our most overlooked supplement, recovery is often the most overlooked aspect of working out.  Many people just really aren’t aware of how much they sabotage themselves outside of the gym, but when you step back and evaluate your recovery regimen, it becomes quite clear why the gains aren’t coming.

Amino Beyond contains clinical doses of L-Carnitine L-Tartrate and Citrulline Malate, two ingreidents scientifically proven to improve exercise recovery and reduce muscle soreness.  The better your recovery from your workout, the harder you can hit it next workout.  That’s called progress!


See, most BCAA supplements do nothing in the way of enhancing actual exercise performance, making them completely useless as pre/intra-workout supplements, but Amino Beyond is different.  Remember Citrulline Malate, the ingredient we discussed above that reduces muscle soreness?  Well it just so happens that Citrulline Malate is also scientifically proven to increase Nitric Oxide production and enhance muscular endurance.

In studies, Citrulline has been shown to increase the amount of reps that subjects are able to perform toward the end of their workouts, when muscular fatigue ordinarily sets in and causes failure.

Normally, Citrulline Malate is extremely under-dosed in BCAA supplements.  Most of them flat out don’t contain any, but the ones that do contain 1-2g usually.  At this dose, the benefits are far from a guarantee, but Amino Beyond contains a solid, clinical 6g dose of Citrulline Malate per serving, guaranteed to make you perform better during your workouts.  More reps, more sets, more gains!

Muscle Preservation

When it comes to building muscle, the focus should really be on preserving muscle.  That is, keeping yourself in an anabolic state, as opposed to a catabolic state.  You’re in an anabolic state when you’ve consumed amino acids and muscle protein synthesis is occurring at a higher rate than muscle breakdown, so you’re growing muscle.

A catabolic state would be one in which there is an inadequate supply of amino acids to keep muscle protein synthesis rates higher than muscle breakdown, so you begin to lose muscle.

Leucine is the most powerful amino acid when it comes to stimulating muscle protein synthesis, and by consuming it when you haven’t consumed protein in a while, you’ll stop the muscle breakdown that normally occurs and preserve muscle mass.

If you’re working out, and you’re not losing muscle, you’re gaining muscle!

Amino Beyond is especially useful for those who train fasted, because muscle breakdown occurs at an accelerated rate when you train fasted.  It’s also ideal for anyone on a diet, who may not be taking in enough protein to support their goals.

Formula 56

The benefits of Formula 56 are fairly straight-forward,  but the complexity is probably overlooked by most people that have been using it.  Sure, they say it works great!  But WHY?

Formula 56 is designed to:

Increasing The Metabolic Rate

Synephrine, a safe alternative to the banned fat-burner Ephedrine, forms the base of Formula 56.  It has been shown to induce lipolysis (fat-breakdown) directly and increase the Metabolic Rate to a fairly significant degree.  However, when combined with Naringin and Hesperidin, at the precise doses found in Formula 56, the Metabolic Rate increase induces by Synephrine is much, much larger.

The combination of Synephrine, Naringin, and Hesperidin has been shown to boost the Metabolic Rates of human subjects by as much as 183 calories.  That’s 183 additional calories you burn just by taking these three ingredients.  That’s the same amount of calories you might burn if you jogged for 20 minutes.  It may not seem significant at first, but those calories add up.

It’s not going to crush your appetite, but to be honest, you don’t want something that does that as much as you think you do.  Harsh appetite suppressants make it difficult for you to get enough protein in, and you need protein to preserve muscle, remember?  If you’re trying to lose fat, you want to keep (or build) muscle, not lose it due to low protein intake.

What you really want is  some slight appetite suppression that helps you eat smaller portions, not starve yourself and sacrifice your gains in the process.

How To Use The Total Stack TO MAXIMIZE RESULTS

Formula 56 should be taken in the morning and Catalyst and Amino Beyond should be taken prior to working out.  Ideally you’ll want to use one full serving of each product, meaning 3 capsules of Formula 56 firs thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and a scoop each of Catalyst and Amino Beyond prior to your workout.

If you workout in the morning, you can switch the order of Formula 56 and Catalyst.  That is, you could take Catalyst and Amino Beyond firs thing in the morning for your workout and take Formula 56 later in the afternoon.
